Smart Patrol is designed to provide you with a clear overview of all daily activities at any given moment in time. In order to do so, the app collects important notifications on work events and allows the operator to monitor the activity feed on a dedicated page.
You can also choose to be notified about certain events on your smartphone when you’re away from your office. The monitoring page and app notifications can be both used in parallel.
All events are logged and stored in the database if you ever need to review the logs. The logs can be filtered by employee, facility or a certain time period.

If a guard needs to report an event that doesn’t require immediate attention, he can use the ‘report incident’ feature of the app, and the back office can investigate it at a later date.
