Smart Patrol enables the security guards on site to report an emergency by pressing an easily accessible button in the app


When the button is pressed, the back office is immediately notified with a popup in the web interface. You can also choose to receive a push notification in the mobile app.


You can then use the app to contact the guard who reported the emergency.
If there is a problem that does not require immediate attention yet must be investigated, the app also has a ‘report incident’ feature (линк на раздел репорт инцидент с первой страницы) described on the activity monitoring page (линк на страницу).
