How to Report An Iscident?

1. Launch the App

- After launching the SmartPatrol app on your device, wait for it to load and press the "Get Started" button to proceed to the login screen (Image 1).

2. Log In

- Enter your personal login (email) and password in the corresponding fields (Image 2).

3. Select Work Location

- From the list that appears, select your work location. If you are unsure which location to select, contact your employer's representative. Press the "Start" button.

4. Initiate Incident Reporting

- You can report an incident only when you start your shift. Simply click the button “Report Incident” (Image 3).

5. Select Incident Type

- Choose the incident to report from the list.

6. Fill in Incident Details

- Enter the required information displayed on the screen (Image 4):

  • A text field for describing the incident.
  • The option to add photos if necessary.
  • The option to add videos if necessary.
  • The option to add an audio recording if necessary.

7. Submit the Report

- To send the information, click the “Send” button.

Additional Tips

  • Updates: Keep the app updated for the latest features.
  • Internet Connection: A stable connection is required to send reports.
  • Accuracy: Provide detailed descriptions for better incident handling.
