1. Launch the App

- After launching the SmartPatrol app on your device, wait for it to load and press the "Get Started" button to proceed to the login screen (Image 1).

2. Log In

- Enter your personal login (email) and password in the corresponding fields (Image 2).

3. Select Work Location

- From the list that appears, select your work location. If you are unsure which location to select, contact your employer's representative. Press the "Start" button.

4. View Shift Parameters

- Several parameters will be displayed on the screen (Image 3):

• The exact start date of the shift.
• The exact end date of the shift.
• The total duration of the shift.

5. End the Shift

- Pressing the "Stop" button will end the current shift.

6. Access Shift Data

- Data about the completed shift can be accessed by clicking the "Shifts" button in the bottom menu of the app, selecting the desired shift, and pressing the "View" button (Image 4). Here, you can see the start and end dates of the shift as well as the device's geolocation (Image 5).

 

Additional Tips:

- Validation: Ensure your login credentials are correct to avoid login issues.

- Support: Contact your employer if you encounter difficulties selecting a location or accessing shift data.

- Geolocation: Ensure device location services are enabled for accurate geolocation tracking.
