1. Launch the App
- After launching the SmartPatrol app on your device, wait for it to load and press the "Get Started" button to proceed to the login screen (Image 1).
2. Log In
- Enter your personal login (email) and password in the corresponding fields (Image 2).
3. Access the Menu
- Navigate to the bottom menu and click “Menu” to access the control panel.
4. Navigate to Guards Tab
- Click on the tab “Guards” for creating and managing security officers (Image 3).
5. View and Create Profiles
- This tab displays all created security employee profiles (Image 4). To create a new profile, press the “+ Add” button.
6. Fill in Profile Details
- Complete the corresponding fields:
- Name.
- Job title (current job position for security officer).
- E-mail (it’s a login information for employee, so make sure it’s a valid email address).
- Password (for accessing Smart Patrol app).
- Image of a person (note that the image must be in .jpg or .png formats and not exceed 1 MB).
- Select on which objects this person will be (note that you can choose multiple options).
- Enter any description about this employee.
7. Save the Profile
- Click “Save” button to finish creating the security officer profile.
Additional Tips:
- Validation: Double-check email and password fields to ensure they are correct and functional.
- Image Upload: Ensure the image meets the format (.jpg or .png) and size (max 1 MB) requirements to avoid errors.
- Permissions: Adding officers may require administrative access—contact support if restricted.
