How to add security officers?

1. Launch the App

After launching the SmartPatrol app on your device, wait for it to load and press the "Get Started" button to proceed to the login screen (Image 1).

2. Log In

- Enter your personal login (email) and password in the corresponding fields (Image 2).

3. Access the Menu

Navigate to the bottom menu and click “Menu” to access the control panel.

4. Navigate to Guards Tab

Click on the tab “Guards” for creating and managing security officers (Image 3).

5. View and Create Profiles

This tab displays all created security employee profiles (Image 4). To create a new profile, press the “+ Add” button.

6. Fill in Profile Details

Complete the corresponding fields:

  • Name.
  • Job title (current job position for security officer).
  • E-mail (it’s a login information for employee, so make sure it’s a valid email address).
  • Password (for accessing Smart Patrol app).
  • Image of a person (note that the image must be in .jpg or .png formats and not exceed 1 MB).
  • Select on which objects this person will be (note that you can choose multiple options).
  • Enter any description about this employee.

7. Save the Profile

Click “Save” button to finish creating the security officer profile.

Additional Tips:

- Validation: Double-check email and password fields to ensure they are correct and functional.

- Image Upload: Ensure the image meets the format (.jpg or .png) and size (max 1 MB) requirements to avoid errors.

- Permissions: Adding officers may require administrative access—contact support if restricted.
