How to manage existing facilities?

1. Launch the App

- After launching the SmartPatrol app on your device, wait for it to load and press the "Get Started" button to proceed to the login screen (Image 1).

2. Log In

- Enter your personal login (email) and password in the corresponding fields (Image 2).

3. Access the Menu

- Navigate to the bottom menu and click “Menu” to access the control panel.

4. Navigate to Objects Tab

- Click on the tab “Object” for creating and managing current facilities under protection (Image 3).

5. Sort or Select Facilities

- You can sort facilities by pressing the “Sort” button or scroll to select the desired facility. The “Sort” button allows sorting facilities by the following parameters (Image 4):

  • Sort type.
  • By client.
  • By facility security type.
  • By facility.
  • Search by name field.
  • By last shift date.

6. View Facility Details

- Each facility in the list displays the following details:

  • Facility serial number.
  • Facility name.
  • Assigned client.
  • Facility security type.
  • Date of last completed shift.
  • Shift status.

7. Manage Facility Actions

- Each facility also has four management buttons:

  • “Shifts” - used to view all shifts for the facility.
  • “Info” - provides detailed facility information.
  • “Manage” - allows editing the facility’s data.
  • To remove an obsolete facility, use the archive icon button. Once archived, the facility can be permanently deleted.

Additional Tips:

- Sorting Efficiency: Use the “Sort” feature to quickly locate facilities by specific criteria.

- Archiving Caution: Ensure no active shifts exist before archiving a facility.

- Permissions: Editing or deleting facilities may require admin approval.
