Follow these steps to view the notification history on the Smart Patrol web platform:
1. Open the Website
Open https://smartpatrolapp.com in your preferred web browser.
2. Log In or Create an Account
- Log in to your existing account using your credentials. If you don’t have an account yet, create a new one by following the registration process on the website.
3. Access Notifications List
- You can see the list of notifications by pressing the bell icon in the top right corner of your screen and selecting “View all” (Image 1).
4. Review Notification Details
- The “Notifications List” contains the following information (Image 2):
- Serial Number
- Title of notification (also indicates the type of notification)
- Security officer who sent this notification
- Facility from where the notification was sent
- Status of notification
- Date and time when notification was sent
- Button “View” shows detailed information about the notification in a pop-up window (Image 3)
- Cross (“X”) icon button is used to delete the notification (Image 4).
5. Search Notifications
- You can also use the “Search” field to quickly navigate through the notifications list.
Additional Tips:
- Internet Connection: Ensure a stable connection for real-time updates and smooth navigation.
- Permissions: Deleting notifications may require administrative access—contact support if restricted.
- Search Efficiency: Use specific keywords in the “Search” field to find notifications faster.
